The staff for Walk to End Epilpesy is extremely grateful for the thousands of volunteers that have given tirelessly each year to make it a successful and memorable event. By getting involved, you become vital to our mission to make a difference in the lives of millions.  Volunteers are needed. Fast paced and highly energetic volunteers with outstanding customer service are needed prior to and day of the walk.

Event Volunteers

 

We count on our Day of Event volunteers to ensure a successful walk experience. Volunteer opportunities include:

Kids’ Tent and Fun Zone

Assist with Kids’ activities such as face painting, arts and crafts, and games and manage/monitor games in the Fun Zone!

Hospitality Tent

Assist with set-up and distribution of refreshments to walkers in Walkers Village.

T Shirt Tents (Friday and Saturday)

Help distribute Team Captain bags and t-shirts to walkers.

Volunteer and Event Information Tent

Assist with check in of volunteers and answer general Walk questions.

Hospitality Crew (Friday Reception)

Assist with meet and greet of sponsors and special guests

Water Stations on Walk Course

Assist on the Walk course with water distribution

Start Line

Count me in to get walkers to start line and cheer them on!

Finish Line

Yes, count me in and I will be there cheering on all walkers as they cross the finish line.

Course Marshalls

Cheer/Guide walkers as they walk along route

Epilepsy Foundation’s Information & Resource Tent

Assist with handing out foundation information and resources to walkers and receive

Wherever you need me!
