On behalf of the National Epilepsy Walk Steering Committee, we thank you for your drive and dedication to our National Walk for Epilepsy.  The members of our 2018 Steering Committee are thrilled to support the Walk’s $1M goal.  Together we will work to lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy, accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

Many of those afflicted need around the clock supervision because they have constant seizures or walk around wondering when their next seizure will strike. All this can be cured, or more importantly controlled. This walk is about conquering this disease and giving those afflicted a better quality of life.

The enthusiasm you bring to the walk by forming teams, raising funds and awareness will directly help those with epilepsy.  For us to succeed and achieve our goal, we need your help!  You can support the National Walk in so many ways.

You can:

  • Lead or join a Walk Team raising funds and awareness
  • Volunteer prior to or the day of the Walk
  • Support the Steering Committee
  • Lead your own Walk initiatives in your home towns (Virtual Walkers)

Increasing our community involvement and year end walk donations will get us closer to our goal and hopefully exceed it.  If you would like to get more involved, please contact the National Walk for Epilepsy at 866-4EF-WALK.

Thank you for your help and for supporting such a wonderful cause.
