Here you will find everything you need in one place to promote The 11th Annual National Walk for Epilepsy.  We are here to help you succeed.

The National Walk for Epilepsy brings together people from all walks of life because seizures affect 1 in 26 people. Epilepsy can affect our family, our friends and people we work with.  With your help, we can take steps to lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

These resources gives you all the information you need to get started. We are excited that you want to join us and we have included tips to help you be successful.  Kicking off your fundraising efforts is easy! Simply use the handbook and e-tools below to gain support from family, friends and colleagues!

This has been broken down into four main areas:

  1. Handbook - Here find important information on getting started, successful fundraising tips and creating a plan.  Whether you are a Team Captain or Team Member, it’s our goal to ensure that you’re armed with the necessary resources and inspiration you need to succeed. This handbook will help you do just that.

  2. Social Media - Social media has become one of the most powerful outlets in today’s world. Refer to pages 15-16 of the Walker Handbook for sample social media messaging to assist you as you fundraise.

We designed a Facebook cover that we’d love for you to use in your profile if you’d like! Just click on the image, and then right click > Save Image As. Then go to your Facebook Profile and click the camera icon on your cover photo to upload!
